Before real estate, Minka spent 20 years working as an international first-class flight attendant. Wherever her work took her, the Sunshine Coast remained home.
With more than 20 years in real estate, she still enjoys discovering the details that give a property its character: the walk to the beach, the way a home sits on its block or an outlook that changes throughout the day. Those details inform her advice on preparation and presentation, alongside the owner’s plans and the sales relevant to their home.

How I work
I inspect the home at a time that suits you and read it the way a buyer would. The appraisal is confidential and comes to you alone.
Your appraisal is built from recent comparable sales, current buyer activity at your price point and what sets your home apart. On the beach side, that means the street and the walk to the sand. On the canals, the outlook and the water access. You see the sales behind the figure.
If you go ahead, I lead the sale from campaign to contract, with Sasha Mazzeu and our Buddina team behind me. As a licensed auctioneer, I can also call your auction if that is the right method for your home. I recommend the Essential, Enhanced or Elite package that suits your home and its most likely buyer.
Where I sell
The Kawana Strip runs south from Point Cartwright through Buddina and Warana, with the canal-front homes of Parrearra and Minyama behind it. I look at the home and its location when discussing price, presentation and the buyers it may suit.
Oceanic Drive and Point Cartwright Drive homes, and the beachfront apartments along Lowanna Drive. Bought for the outlook and the walk to the sand.
Kooringal Crescent in Buddina and the canal streets of Parrearra and Minyama, for buyers who want the water at the back door.

Sold for $2,710,000. This four-bedroom waterfront home sits on 800m² with views across Double Bay. The result is a useful reminder that water outlook, land and position deserve careful comparison when assessing a waterfront property — not simply bedroom numbers.
