Before real estate, I spent 20 years as an international first-class flight attendant. Passengers often asked where I most loved to visit, and my answer never changed: home, the Sunshine Coast. I have now sold on the Kawana Strip for more than 15 years.

Where I sell
The Kawana Strip runs south from Point Cartwright through Buddina and Warana, with the canal-front homes of Parrearra and Minyama behind it. Each part draws a different buyer, and I price and present every home for the buyer most likely to value its position.
Oceanic Drive and Point Cartwright Drive homes, and the beachfront apartments along Lowanna Drive. Bought for the outlook and the walk to the sand.
Kooringal Crescent in Buddina and the canal streets of Parrearra and Minyama, for buyers who want the water at the back door.
