Meet Julie
Julie began her real estate career in 2002. Today, she is a Senior Sales Consultant at ELITE Lifestyle Properties, working with owners of waterfront houses, family homes and apartments on Kawana Island and in Parrearra.
She has a long interest in architecture and has built several properties herself. Away from real estate, Julie enjoys sailing. She and her husband also completed a seven-year project to build a catamaran.

Knowing the island
A suburb average can only tell you so much. On Kawana Island, the outlook, floor plan, condition and position all need a closer look.
Which rooms have water views? How private is the outdoor area? What is the aspect? If the property has a pontoon or other boating facilities, the campaign needs accurate information about its use and access.
A workable floor plan, room for visitors, useful outdoor space and secure parking can all matter. So can the home’s position in relation to the boardwalk and Double Bay. These are details worth showing clearly.
For an apartment, the building is part of the decision. Outlook, floor level, terrace space, parking and facilities all need to be considered when comparing it with other sales.
